TOUR POLICIES

Our tour policies:

Age limit - People under 14 years old are not allowed.

Alcohol - No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the tour vehicle or during the tour. Anyone arriving obviously drunk will not be allowed on the tour and will receive NO REFUND. Unruly guests may be put off the trolley at any time during the tour if previous attempts to make them behave like reasonable adults are unsuccessful.

Refunds - There are no refunds. Please ensure that you know your desired date and group size before making a reservation.

Videotaping - Voice recorders, cameras, camera phones and other ghost hunting equipment are welcome, but video cameras are strictly not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. We actually welcome genuine inquiries into videotaping with certain conditions.
