TOUR/EVENT POLICIES
Our tour/event policies: Refunds - No refunds unless we cancel a tour or event. Age limit - People under 14 years old are not allowed unless otherwise stated. Alcohol - No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the tour vehicle or during the tour/event. Anyone arriving obviously drunk will not be allowed to attend the tour/event and will receive NO REFUND. Unruly guests may be put off the trolley at any time during the tour if previous attempts to make them behave like reasonable adults are unsuccessful. We have zero-tolerance and great disdain for drunks who diminish the tour/event experience (whether by purpose or accident). Equipment - Tape/voice recorders, cameras, camera phones and other ghost hunting equipment are welcome. By attending a tour or event, you are promising to abide by our policies and behave like a reasonably well-mannered person, unlike Jennifer K.
