Right Brain Activities and Antoinette's Haunted History Tours (heretofore referred to as "RBA/AHHT") will not sell your information to anyone for any reason ever.

RBA/AHHT will not relinquish any of your information to any government agency without a valid warrant.

RBA/AHHT will share your information with any business that Marlene Lewis, Antoinette, Alixandria, Gary Hawkins or David McCracken create outside of RBA/AHHT. You will always be able to opt out from that business's contact list.

The reservation application that RBA/AHHT uses does NOT allow us access to your credit card information. If you voluntarily share your credit/debit/bank card information with us for a manual reservation transaction, the information is used only for that incident and not recorded or copied.

RBA/AHHT may not keep your name private if you have a history with us of bad checks, canceling your reservation at the last minute, being drunk on a tour and/or just being a witless pain in the ass, like Jennifer K.
