FOOD! The Eating with the Entities Tour dinner is served buffet-style in the lower level of the Franklin Lodge. Tony's Restaurant of Downtown Alton does our catering. The menu for our 2011 season is: Lasagna made with Tony's sweet Italian meat sauce, Fettuccine con Broccoli in rich, cheesy cream sauce, Caesar Salad, freshly baked Italian bread, your choice of delicious dessert, coffee and tea. They typically provide at least one kind of incredible, chocolatey, yummy dessert. Tony's Vegetarian Lasagna is just as terrific as their regular lasagna and can be substituted for no additional charge, but does require at least 24 hours advance notice. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance of your tour so we have time to accommodate you.
